TACTILE HAPTIC FEEDBACK

Our laboratory has developed an innovative haptic feedback method that utilizes neural networks to identify a transformation function. This function converts the captured surface texture signals of objects into input voltage signals for actuators, enabling the actuators to produce realistic tactile sensations resembling the textures of real objects. This research has garnered attention from the industry and has supported numerous companies in developing novel human-machine interfaces.
